14 січня в Миколаєві двоє підлітків 12 і 13 років поглумилися над хлопцем з інвалідністю. Як повідомили у відділі комунікації поліції Миколаївської області, в Корабельний райвідділ надійшло повідомлення з лікарні про госпіталізацію 25-річного хлопця з інвалідністю. У чоловіка діагностували пошкодження в області прямої кишки.

Слідчо-оперативній групі постраждалий чоловік повідомив, що ці тілесні ушкодження йому завдали двоє підлітків, які брали сторонні предмети.

У цей же день поліцейські встановили двох причетних до злочину жителів Миколаєва – дітей 12 і 13 років.

Обох школярів викликали в райвідділ поліції разом з батьками. Відомості про те, що трапилося внесені до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за статтею «Згвалтування групою осіб», згідно з якою викритих у злочині можуть засудити до позбавлення волі на термін від 7 до 12 років. Однак кримінальна відповідальність за такий злочин передбачена тільки з 14 років.
