Вчора, 23 січня Головним центром спеціального контролю було зареєстровано на Закарпатті землетрус.

Відчути землетрус могли близько 23:03 години мешканці Виноградівського району, адже саме тут він відбувся на глибині 6 кілометрів. Згідно даними оприлюдненими центром, його координати такі: 48,30 пн.ш.; 23,11 сх.д.

Що стосується землетрусу, він був ледь помітний, адже його магнітуда за шкалою Ріхрета склала 2,9 бали. Хоча, деякі мешканці району дійсно помітили вібрацію.

Землетрусом називають підземні поштовхи і коливання поверхні Землі, які обумовлені природними процесами (тектонічними зсувами). При землетрусі відбувається раптовий зсув ділянок земної кори або розриви в ній або у верхніх відділах мантії. Підземні поштовхи передаються на величезні відстані у вигляді пружних коливань земної поверхні.
