20 за день: “добровольці” возять медиків з сіл на роботу у Франківськ

Проблеми з добиранням на роботу середнього і молодшого персоналу у ліарні Франківська вирішують волонтери.

Про це розповіла старша медсестра відділення новонароджених № 2 Обласного перинатального центру Мирослава Яковець, яка на роботу дістається з Тлумача. Раніше її возив чоловік. Зараз жінка користується послугами волонтерів, інформує Суспільне.

Адміністрація закладу не допомагає. Про групу “Добровольці”, які безкоштовно возять медпрацівників на роботу, дізналася з телеграму.

“Колега також їздить з того напрямку, що я, і запропонувала, щоб ми долучилися до цієї групи, щоб було легше добиратися. Ще тиждень тому я думала іти у відпустку, бо самотужки добиралася на роботу, а зарплати, ви знаєте, мізерні. Я щодня працюю, бо у мене адміністративна більше робота, решта людей – по добах. Зараз всіх перевели по добах”, – розповідає Мирослава Яковець.

Водій Віталій Семенів підвозить медиків на роботу з початку карантину. Шукає пасажирів через групу в телеграмі. Їздить переважно по селах. За день підвозить на роботу близько 20 медпрацівників. Після кожної поїздки дезінфікує салон машини та дверні ручки.

Водій каже: “Думаю, що кожна людина в небезпеці, а тим паче ми працюємо з медичним персоналом. Якщо людина їде з лікарні, з робочого місця, то водій наражається на небезпеку. Але якщо всього боятися, то навіщо тоді жити? Я не знаю, хто створив цю групу в телеграмі, але вона одразу з’явилася – на другий день після постів у соцмережах із закликом допомогти медикам”.

Вагіф Ніязов працює барменом. Каже, вирішив провести карантин з користю.

Принципово не їздить по Івано-Франківську. Підвозить людей з районів. Чоловік говорить: “Якось увечері сидів, гортав фейсбук, побачив групу, додав і думаю: “А чом би й ні?”. Інколи кидають гроші на “полік”, залишають на сидінні, хоча я не прошу їх, а навпаки, кажу їм, що наступного разу не буду везти, якщо будуть залишати гроші. Всі по-різному реагують: деякі думають, що так і повинно бути, деякі дзвонять і кажуть: “Забери мене”. Можуть і в першій ночі подзвонити, різні люди трапляються”.
