Документи треба носити, щоб поліція відловлювала порушників самоізоляції. Кабмін пояснив нові правила карантину, які почнуть діяти з понеділка.

Чому запровадили правило носити з собою документи, що посвідчують особу? Наявність у людини документів дозволить перевірити, чи не мусить вона бути на самоізоляції, або в обсервації. А також це дасть можливість органам правопорядку застосовувати адміністративну відповідальність для порушників правил карантину.

Чи можна ходити по вулиці без маски?

В Постанові №211 сказано, що в усіх громадських місцях ви маєте бути в масці чи респіраторі.

Яка відповідальність за порушення правил карантину? Чи можуть мене оштрафувати за похід в парк чи відсутність маски?

Можуть. За порушення правил карантину – штраф від 17 тис. грн до 34 тис. грн. А якщо ви порушуєте санітарні правила та норми щодо запобігання інфекційним захворюванням, може бути й кримінальна відповідальність.

Чи закривають церкви на період карантину?

Уряд не закриває церкви, проте масові та релігійні заходи заборонені. Ми закликаємо всіх українців залишатися вдома на період карантину.

Чи можна ходити по вулиці втрьох? Вулицею можна пересуватися лише вдвох. Виняток – супроводження дітей незалежно від їх кількості.

Чи можна ходити в парк чи сквер?

Ні, відтепер – не можна. Відвідування парків, скверів, зон відпочинку, лісопаркових та прибережних зон забороняється. Це дозволяється лише у випадку, якщо вам потрібно вигуляти домашню тварину, або через службову необхідність.

Як тепер вигулювати домашніх тварин? Як і раніше ви можете вигулювати домашніх тварин, проте не більше ніж вдвох. Вигул домашніх тварин в парках та скверах дозволяється лише однією людиною.

Чи правда, що магазини, банки та аптеки мають забезпечувати відвідувачів масками або респіраторами?

Ні, це неправда. Установи та магазини, робота яких дозволена у період карантину, мають лише контролювати, щоб відвідувачі перебували у будівлях та на території закладів виключно в масках та респіраторах. Обов’язок забезпечення себе масками покладається на відвідувачів.
