Зеленський підписав закон про відкриття ринку землі

28 квітня президент України Володимир Зеленський підписав закон Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо умов обігу земель сільськогосподарського призначення.

– Це історичний момент для всіх українців і для мене особисто. Україна чекала на цей закон з часу здобуття незалежності. Це була нелегка боротьба. Але ми знали, що робимо це для українців, – сказав Зеленський.

З 1 липня 2021 року власниками земельних ділянок сільськогосподарського призначення площею до 100 гектарів можуть бути лише громадяни України.

З 1 січня 2024 року купувати до 10 000 гектарів зможуть юридичні особи, власниками яких є українці.

На референдумі вирішуватиметься питання, чи зможуть іноземці купувати землю.

Нагадаємо, у ніч проти 31 березня Верховна Рада ухвалила закон про ринок землі. Загалом до законопроекту було подано 4 018 поправок.
