Готуємо для малечі манні оладки без краплі борошна

Що може бути краще за духмяні млинці з варенням на сніданок? Насправді, наявність борошна не обов’язкова для такої страви. Багато господинь використовують крупи замість муки. Такі млинці стають ще смачнішими і кориснішими.

По правді кажучи, я дуже люблю змішувати борошно і вівсяні пластівці в співвідношенні 1:1, але коли борошно раптово закінчується, обходжуся одними пластівцями. На цей раз в якості борошна буде манна крупа. Завдяки тому, що манка має в’язку консистенцію, вона відмінно підходить для смаження оладок.

Інгредієнти:
-500 г манної крупи
-250 мл кефіру
-2 яйця
-1 ст. л. цукру -1 щіпка солі -0,5 ч. л. соди Приготування: 1. Збий яйця з цукром і сіллю до однорідної маси. 2. У яєчну суміш додай кефір і все ретельно перемішай. Замість кефіру можна використовувати кисле домашнє молоко. 3. Поступово додавай манну крупу, постійно помішуючи суміш. Стеж за тим, щоб не було грудочок. 4. Залиш тісто настоюватися на годину, щоб манка набухла. 5. Додай в манне тісто соду і ретельно перемішай всю масу. 6. Смаж оладки з манної каші на розпеченій сковороді з рослинним маслом до золотистого кольору. З кожного боку потрібно смажити приблизно хвилину-півтори. Манні оладки на кефірі виходять ніжні всередині і з хрусткою скоринкою зовні. Звичайно, в них можна додати терте яблуко, родзинки або ванільний цукор за бажанням. Такими млинцями з задоволенням поснідають діти. Подавати млинці можна з варенням, медом або яким-небудь сиропом і ягодами.
