Нині вирішення питання про безвізовий режим для України за Європарламентом, сказав прем’єр Нідерландів

Уряд Нідерландів не має жодних додаткових політичних умов у питанні завершення процесу скасування візових вимог для українських громадян. Але в ЄС спочатку чекають на ухвалення нового запобіжного механізму із призупинення безвізових режимів з усіма третіми країнами. Про це заявив прем’єр-міністр Нідерландів Марк Рютте у кулуарах саміту ЄС, відповідаючи на запитання кореспондента “Укрінформу” у Брюсселі.

“Ми не маємо жодних особливих позицій. Ми підтримуємо візову лібералізацію для України. Однак, Європейська рада вирішила, і нині це питання за Європарламентом, щоб мати чіткі запобіжники для майбутніх режимів з візової лібералізації”, – сказав нідерландський прем’єр.

Він наголосив, що новий механізм із призупинення скасування візових вимог у випадку зловживання безвізовими режимами громадянами третіх країн, не пов’язаний лише з Україною, а є загальним європейським інструментом.

Як повідомляв 5.ua, сьогодні раніше Рютте заявив, що рішення Нідерландів щодо ситуації навколо Угоди про асоціацію Україна-ЄС буде прийняте до 1 листопада. Прем’єр Нідерландів також оцінив ймовірність ратифікації асоціації Україна-ЄС.
