Іспит на водійські права будуть записувати на камеру

Водійські права в Україні доведеться отримувати по-новому.

В Україні набули чинності нові правила отримання водійського посвідчення, які мають за мету боротьбу з широко розповсюдженою у цій сфері корупцією. Серед іншого – складання іспиту буде записуватися на камеру.

Оновлює правила отримання водійських посвідчень Наказ МВС від 22.05.2020 № 408, який вже набув чинності.

Тепер документами, які посвідчують підготовку та перепідготовку водіїв, є:

свідоцтво про завершення підготовки, перепідготовки, підвищення кваліфікації водіїв від закладу, який внесений до ЄДР МВС;

документи про здобуття професійної освіти (наприклад, “Водій трамвая”, “Водій тролейбуса”), підвищення кваліфікації тощо, виданий закладом, який має ліцензію на провадження освітньої діяльності;

Якщо так трапилось, що ви не здали іспит у ТСЦ МВС, посвідчення про підготовку чи перепідготовку дійсне два роки з дня завершення закладу.

Також відтепер як теоретичний, так і практичний іспити будуть фіксуватись на відеоапаратуру. Екзаменаційний білет міститиме 20 запитань, кожне завдання має п’ять варіантів відповідей, лише одна з них правильна. Запитання стосується лише тих категорій транспортних засобів, на право водіння яких претендує іспитант. Відведений час для складання іспиту – 20 хвилин. Якщо людина зробила три помилки і більше – іспит не складено.
