МОН пропонує доплачувати працівникам освіти під час дистанційного навчання. Сума премій може досягати 50% посадового окладу.

Керівникам закладів освіти нададуть право у межах затвердженого кошторису платити своїм працівникам надбавки. Про це йдеться у відповіді МОН щодо встановлення стимулюючих виплат освітянам.

“Зокрема, працівникам закладів освіти, які проводять заняття в умовах дистанційного навчання, керівником закладу може бути установлена надбавка за складність і напруженість у роботі у розмірі до 50 відсотків посадового окладу (ставки заробітної плати, тарифної ставки), – повідомили у Міністерстві освіти і науки.

Викладачам, яких переведуть на дистанційний графік, виплачуватимуть зарплату з розрахунку, встановленого при тарифікації.

Окрім цього, в МОН наголосили, що зараз фінансування освіти становить 5,9% від валового внутрішього продукту. Також нагадали про необхідність перед початком навчання перевірити організованість занять. Йдеться про наявність засобів для онлайн-навчання, розробку методик та можливість змішаного навчального процесу.
