Тоді в кривавій аварії Тетяна Ніколаєва позбулася ноги. Галині Николин київські медики дивом врятували травмовану кінцівку. Найтяжче ситуація у Олександри Гуй – вона могла позбутися обох ніг, але медики в Німеччині зробили диво і одну ногу врятували.

Сьогодні Галя і Таня повернулися до навчання в Українській військово–медичній академії. А незабаром до них приєднається і Саша, вона поки знаходиться в Німеччині.

Як повідомляє “КП” тим часом над майором Холодним почався суд.

Він проходив за скороченою процедурою, справа йшла до вироку, але раптово обвинувачений передумав і почав вимагати повноцінний процес.

Одна з постраждалих дівчат Галина Николин пише наступне:

“Повернулася з судового засідання злюща як демон. Учора мало бути одне з останніх і основних судових слухань. Повинно було бути, але не було. Адвокат і обвинувачений вирішили замінити хід судового слухання і вирішили” розібратися “, що ж насправді сталося, адже він нічого не пам’ятає. Значить, нас чекає ще безліч засідань і “розглядів” в справі “.

Але чому сам Холодний, спершу визнавав свою провину, раптом змінив тактику?

“Майор Холодний, на мою думку, змінив свою поведінку, оскільки йому не вдається домовитися з потерпілими про примирення,” – вважає адвокат постраждалих дівчат Майкл Самуляк. – Затягування – це тактика захисту. Обвинуваченому вигідно, щоб судовий процес відбувався якомога довше, оскільки він на свободі, а не в СІЗО. А там, можливо, потерпілі змінять своє ставлення або трапиться амністія. Хоча наша позиція безкомпромісна: найсуворіше покарання – 8 років позбавлення волі.”

Вирішив заплатити дівчатам по 10 тисяч гривень
“Холодний знаходиться на волі, заплативши заставу в 168 тисяч гривень. Нам з дівчатками він надіслав по 10 тисяч гривень. Хоч ми були проти, адже ці гроші не покриють то, що він покалічив нас на все життя. Чому 10 тисяч? “Тому що більше немає“– це слова Холодного, – каже “КП“ в Україні “Олександра.

“Може, Холодний думає, що наші емоції заспокояться і нам простіше буде прийняти вирок, яким би він не був. Але тільки як нам забути про те кошмарі? Наслідки аварії з роками нікуди не подінуться. Кульгаю, відчуваю зміни погоди, пошкоджені ділянки втратили чутливість. А ще з’явилися фобії до машин і інші психологічні наслідки. Але, сподіваюся, хоча б вони пройдуть з часом.” – говорить Галина Николин.
