Внаслідок цього на відповідні підприємства тепер чекають додаткові перевірки відповідності критеріями.

Про це пише “Судово-юридична газета”.

Відповідно до змін, введених додатковим пунктом 6-1, орган, який ухвалив рішення про визначення підприємства, установи, організації критично важливими для функціонування економіки та забезпечення життєдіяльності населення в особливий період, у разі потреби проводить перевірку відповідності такого підприємства критеріям, зазначеним у пункті 2 цих Критеріїв та порядку, протягом діяльності підприємства з дати прийняття рішення про визначення його критично важливим.

Пункт 2 Критеріїв містить дуже різноманітні вимоги – від сплати податків до рівня прибутку, а також нечіткий критерій “важливості” для економіки і населення. При цьому “залізне” бронювання до 100% співробітників мають виконавці грантових проєктів на замовлення партнерів. Вочевидь, їх зміни стосуватися не будуть, адже їм не потрібно демонструвати рівень сплати податків чи прибуток, а також доводити свою “критичність”.

Як зазначено в новій постанові Кабміну, за результатами проведеної перевірки орган ухвалює одне з таких рішень:

про невідповідність підприємства, установи, організації критеріям, зазначеним у пункті 2 цих Критеріїв та порядку, а також скасовує їх статус критично важливих для функціонування економіки та забезпечення життєдіяльності населення в особливий період;
про відповідність підприємства, установи, організації критеріям, зазначеним у пункті 2 цих Критеріїв та порядку, і визначення їх критично важливими для функціонування економіки та забезпечення життєдіяльності населення в особливий період.
Копію рішення, прийнятого за результатами перевірки, орган в одноденний строк з дня його прийняття надсилає Мінекономіки, Міноборони (СБУ, Службі зовнішньої розвідки, розвідувальному органу Міноборони) та Мінцифри.
