Пряма мова: “Підрив дамби відбувся російськими терористами тією вибухівкою, яка була закладена ще заздалегідь у вересні-жовтні минулого року, скоріше за все, за вказівкою Москви, все це відбулося вчора.

Команда на цей терористичний акт видавалася з Кремля, із кабінету Путіна. На інших рівнях такі вказівки не віддаються. Це не рівень батальйону, дивізії, це не рівень навіть ситуації, пов’язаної із Шойгу”.

Деталі: За словами Данілова, перед підривом російські війська підняли рівень води на Каховській ГЕС, оскільки контролювали її.

Гідроелектростанцію росіяни підірвали через український контрнаступ, стверджує секретар РНБО.

Пряма мова: “Вони всі очікують наш контрнаступ. Більш того, вони максимально підняли рівень. Він був 18.16 метрів, вони його підняли більш як 19 метрів. Накопичили (воду) свідомо, щоб більше шкоди створити під час підриву”.

Деталі: Хоч руйнація Каховської ГЕС може вплинути на роботу Запорізької АЕС, найближчі чотири місяці ситуація там буде стала, вважає секретар РНБО.

Передісторія:

Головну споруду Північно-Кримського каналу та Каховську ГЕС на території Херсонської області російські окупанти захопили у перший же день повномасштабного вторгнення, 24 лютого 2022 року.
У ніч на 6 червня 2023 року російські окупанти підірвали Каховську гідроелектростанцію, зруйнувавши машинну залу й саму станцію, її не відновити. Зміління Каховського водосховища загрожує безпеці Запорізької АЕС.
Підрив Каховської ГЕС спричинив техногенну екологічну катастрофу. Вода з водосховища почала затоплювати міста й села, почалася евакуація. Внаслідок підриву дамби Каховської ГЕС у річку Дніпро потрапили щонайменше 150 тонн машинного мастила, також почалися проблеми з подачею води в Кривому Розі, Марганці та Нікополі.
За тиждень до підриву Каховської ГЕС влада Росії дозволила не розслідувати аварії на небезпечних об’єктах, що сталися внаслідок “воєнних дій” і терактів.
За попередньою інформацією України, Каховську гідроелектростанцію підірвала 205-та мотострілецька бригада Збройних сил РФ, відомі й деякі імена ймовірних причетних.
Росія звинуватила Україну в підриві Каховської ГЕС. Секретар РНБОУ Олексій Данілов відповів, що Україна не має жодного стосунку до підриву Каховської ГЕС.
Українські прокурори відкрили справу про екоцид за фактом підриву Каховської ГЕС.
На Заході спершу вагалися щодо винуватців катастрофи, але і влада США, і ЗМІ вже схиляються до того, що це навмисно зробила Росія. У Головному управлінні розвідки Міноборони України мають докази використання окупантами вибухівки для підриву Каховської ГЕС.
