Експерти в області гінекології назвали кілька речей, які жінки повинні обов’язково виконувати після статевого акту.

1. Дезінфекція милом і водою

Сексуальні змаски і бактерії на пальцях, в роті і прямій кишці можуть збільшити ваші шанси на розвиток молочниці або бактеріальних інфекцій. Медики рекомендують використовувати не ароматичне мило для вашої “леді”. Внутрішня чистка не потрібна: у піхви свій внутрішній цикл мийки, який зберігає його в чистоті та збалансованості.

2. Поніжитися у ванній

Крім того, що ви відчуваєте себе як розпещена сексуальна королева після статевого акту, ваша піхва в цей час потребує зволоження. Прийміть ванну з додаванням ефірних олій, які призначені для зволоження всього тіла в цілому. Це знизить ризик отримати подразнення, заспокоїть ваше тіло і жіночі органи після інтимного зв’язку.

3. Вода

Ви напевно помічали, що після сексу у вас пересихає в роті, іноді навіть помітна сухість рук і шкіри тіла. Це означає, що ви втратили запаси води, які потрібно в терміновому порядку відновити. Іноді сухість відчувається під час статевого акту, тому краще заздалегідь запастися пляшкою чистої води.

4. Продукти-пробіотики

Так, саме після статевого акту вам потрібно їсти. Йогурт, соєві боби, молочні продукти, кукурудзяні пластівці, крупи, хліб, квасоля, горох, артишок, аспарагус, плоди баобаба та інші ферментовані продукти мають ті ж корисні бактерії, які потребує ваша піхва. Включення в звичку перекушувати ці продукти після сексу допоможуть поповнити корисні бактерії організму.

5. Одяг

Після того, як ви будете свіжими і чистими після статевого акту, необхідно змінити нижню білизну. Уникайте нейлонової білизни і облягаючої піжами, які можуть сприяти зростанню бактерій.
