ЩО ТАКЕ ЗЕЛЕНИЙ ПАСПОРТ

Зелений паспорт – це сертифікат, який засвідчує те, що людина не хвора на коронавірус. В Італії його видають якщо: • Ви щеплені вакцинами дозволеними Європейським агентством з лікарських засобів (Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson&Johnson). або • одужали після хвороби на коронавірусу, або • зробили молекулярний тест 48 годин перед виїздом з країни. Цього літа «зелений паспорт” потрібен для подорожей ЄС та рядом інших країн, участі у сімейних церемоніях (наприклад – весіллях), відвідування людей похилого віку у будинках перестарілих, уачасті у масових громадських заходах. Анонсовано, що наявність паспорта звільнить від обов’язку носіння захисної маски. Зараз очікується введення зеленого паспорту Європейського Союзу.

Його італійську версію також можна використовувати для поїздок по ЄС. Зелений паспорт не дійсний для в’їзду в Україну. Із собою потрібен мати молекулярний тест. Подібні посвідчення, видані в державах-членах Євроспілкою, діють на всій території ЄС. Також, в Італії діють паспорти, видані третіми країнами, після завершення циклу вакцинації одним із препаратів визнаних ЄС (див вище).

СТАН ВАКЦИНАЦІЇ В ІТАЛІЇ

В Італії кампанія вакцинації іде швидкими темпами. На 28 травня понад 11.206.454 італійців, щеплені подвійною дозою вакцини проти Covid-19. Це складає майже 18,91% населення країни. Хоча б одну дозу вакцини отримало 32.958.928 осіб – майже половина населення країни.. Ще кілька днів тому, зелений паспорт, необхідний для подорожей, видавали лише вакцинованим двома дозами. А тепер його можуть отримати навіть ті, хто був щеплений однією дозою.

ТРИВАЛІСТЬ ДІЇ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ПАСПОРТА

Ще кілька днів тому термін дії зеленого паспорта складав 6 місяців. Тепер цей параметр продовжено до 9 місяців після завершення циклу вакцинації (двох доз, чи однієї для Johnson&Johnson). Проте, щоб отримати тимчасовий паспорт достатньо одного щеплення будь-якою із чотирьох вакцин (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca або Johnson & Johnson).

ПОЧАТОК ДІЇ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ПАСПОРТА Тимчасовий зелений паспорт можна отримати після введення першої дози вакцини, проте діяти він починає з 15-го дня від дати першого щепленні і до завершення циклу вакцинації (другого щеплення). Після цього термін дії паспорта продовжать на загальну тривалість 9 місяців.

ФОРМАТ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ПАСПОРТА

Зелений сертифікат видається на запит зацікавленої особи, в паперовому, або (скоро) у цифровому форматі, закладом охорони здоров’я, або медичним працівником, який проводить вакцинацію. Після його оформлення, він буде доступний в електронній медичній картці, з якою можна ознайомитися увійшовши до системи із кодом Spid.

ЯКЩО ЦИКЛ ВАКЦИНАЦІЇ ЗАВЕРШЕНО

Ті, хто вже отримали дві дози вакцини, таким чином завершивши цикл вакцинації, отримують зелений паспорт в медичному закладі який проводив вакцинацію, або ASL регіону чи автономній провінції, у якій розташовано цей заклад. Сертифікат втрачає чинність у разі зараження Covid-19.
