Представники фармбізнесу пояснюють – деякі аптеки занижують ціни, аби завоювати ринок. Впливають і валютні коливання.

Але є й інша правда – ринок ліків неконтрольований. В Україні регулюють ціни лише на препарати, які закуповує держава, є затверджений національний перелік. Дистриб’ютор на такі ліки не має права робити надбавку вищу, ніж 10%, а аптека – не вище 25%. Виробники фіксують ціни у спеціальному реєстрі. Та фахівці кажуть – це  не допомагає.

На ті медикаменти, які не входять до національного переліку, націнки ніхто не регулює. Тож і виходить – часто у Європі аналогічні препарати в рази дешевші, ніж у нас.

На Заході і справді вартість більшості ліків покривають або страхові, або в рамках реімбурсації, коли повністю або частково ціну препаратів компенсує держава. Таку програму цьогоріч запустила і Україна. У результаті ціни на деякі препарати в нас знизились у рази.

Участь у програмі вже бере майже 7 тис. аптек. Наступного року її хочуть розшири. Доступнішими медикаменти стануть і коли повноцінно запрацює державне медичне страхування, старт якому дають наступного року.

Ну а поки – кожен другий хворий українець – згідно з результатами останнього дослідження – просто відмовляється від лікування  через дорожнечу препаратів.
