Один з відвідувачів закладу вистрелив 21-річномуРостиславу в груди з травматичної зброї під час конфлікту. Хлопець помер на місці.

Як інформує “ТСН”, поліція затримала вбивцю та повідомила йому про підозру. Журналісти оспілкувалисязі свідками трагедії, з’ясовував, що сталося та чому заклад працював у комендантську годину попри заборону.

Вбивця впритул вистрелив у груди

Друг загиблого Валентин каже, що приїхав до “Пентагону”, щоб забрати компанію друзів. Вони відпочивали там та вживали алкоголь. Коли хлопці вийшли на балкон, до них підійшов невідомий та спровокував конфлікт

“Я зайшов туди, замовив випити каву, щоб не хотілося спати, і ми вийшли покурити. Підходить цей чоловік і каже: “А є цигарка?”. Ми дали йому. Він спочатку вдарив малого (у компанії був неповнолітній) рукою по щелепі. А потім дістав ножа та почав кидатися”, – стверджує Валентин.

Мер Новомосковська Сергій Рєзнік відреагував на вбивство в клубі та повідомив, що заклад раніше вже фігурував у кримінальних хроніках. Як вийшло, що “Пентагон” у центрі міста працює в комендантську годину, він не знає.

“Ця біда піднімає багато питань. І те, що зараз у чималої кількості різних людей, з різною психікою опинилася неконтрольована зброя, і те, що давно пора була підприємцю, власнику “Пентагону”, наняти охорону закладу, яка б не пускала підозрілих людей, тим більше, зі зброєю. Це невеликі гроші, але це врятувало б життя невинної молодої людини”, – написав очільник міста на своїй сторінці в Мережі.

У поліції зараз встановлюють, чи були раніше складені протоколи через порушення комендантської години в “Пентагоні” та чи проводились там перевірки.

Про підозру повідомили 29-річному місцевому мешканцю

У Новомосковському районному відділку поліції повідомили, що затримали 29-річного чоловіка біля нічного клубу. Ним виявився раніше судимий за хуліганство та незаконне поводження зі зброєю місцевий мешканець. Поліцейські встановили, що між ним та ще одним відвідувачем закладу стався словесний конфлікт. У результаті один із чоловіків двічі вистрелив та смертельно поранив іншого. Це сталося близько 23:30.

Затриманому повідомили про підозру в умисному вбивстві. Максимальне покарання за злочин передбачає до 15 років позбавлення волі.
