– Усе завершиться у 20 числах квітня. Думаю, десь в районі 24 квітня. Однак завершення війни не означатиме конкретного юридичного статусу Донбасу й Криму. Взагалі має пройти дев’ять років з початку війни. Лише тоді можна буде очікувати на повернення Криму. Ще близько року триватимуть документальні та юридичні нюанси. Припускаю, що в Криму весь цей час буде якась нейтральна адміністрація, тимчасова.

Щодо Донбасу, то потрібно говорити правду. Там якась нейтральна земля, яка нікому не потрібна. Юридично вона буде у «підвішеному» стані. Довгий період часу там взагалі незрозуміло, що буде.

За його словами, за п’ять років Росія розпадеться на багато частин:

– Перший процес почнеться у серпні-жовтні. Там буде незрозуміла ситуація з Курильськими островами. Думаю, вони повернуться до Японії. Десь за рік-півтора Карелія повернеться до Фінляндії. Й нічого невідомо про Санкт-Петербург, який сформує свою адміністрацію. Першим серйозним кризисним моментом стане Чечня.

Грицай додає, що Путіна зрадять двоє – генерал і олігарх:

– У нього до кінця квітня велика імовірність зради найближчого кола людей. Все почнеться з Білорусі, підніметься Мінськ. Там щось має початися на рівні генералітету. Потім якесь місто в Сибірі, а тоді уже Москва. Все це робитиметься з подачі генерала та олігарха з близького оточення Путіна, які намагатимуться його скинути.
