Про це інформують у Кабінеті міністрів.

Зазначається, що подібні попередження діють вже у 42 країнах світу та продемонстрували свою ефективність у боротьбі з тютюнопалінням.

Як нагадують в Уряді, комплексний антитютюновий Закон №1978 набрав чинності 11 липня 2023 року. Його норми базуються на положеннях Рамкової конвенції ВООЗ із боротьби проти тютюну та імплементують положення директиви 2014/40/ЄС, реалізація якої знизила поширеність куріння у Європейському Союзі.

Основні положення:
Заборона ароматизованих сигарет і тютюну для самокруток (з 11 липня 2023 року).

Помітніші попередження про шкоду куріння на пачках сигарет — їх розмір збільшиться до 65% від площі пачки (з 2024 року).

Вимога надавати в Держпродспоживслужбу інформацію про інгредієнти, що містяться в тютюнових виробах (з 1 червня 2022 року).

Запровадження медичних попереджень споживачів на електронних сигаретах та рідинах, вимоги до упакування електронних сигарет, заправних контейнерів та рідин, що використовуються в електронних сигаретах, медичних попереджень споживачів та вимоги до упакування трав’яних виробів для куріння, а також медичних попереджень споживачів бездимних тютюнових виробів (з 1 червня 2022 року).

Повна заборона реклами та стимулювання продажу пристроїв для споживання тютюнових виробів, електронних сигарет, а також тютюнових виробів (з 11 липня 2023 року).

Наголошується, що маркування пачок з тютюновими виробами – є однією з ефективних складових у сфері боротьби з тютюнопалінням.
