Зазначається, що попри численні переломи та черепно-мозкову травму постраждалий отримав деформацію обличчя. Родина потребує допомоги небайдужих.

“Син прийшов до тями, з ним постійно чоловік. Син розуміє, що до нього говорять та уже з’їв дві ложки супу. Стан важкий, із голови йде кров. Нам необхідно ставити пластину. Ціна в Україні такої 25 тисяч. Якщо за кордоном, сума зростає вдвічі. Крім цього, у нього деформація щелепи та вм’ятина на обличчі. Необхідна операція”, – повідомила у телефонній розмові мати хлопця Тетьяна Тарасюк.

Небайдужі до біди, яка трапилась у родині Тарасюків, можуть матеріально допомогти на купівлю необхідних для лікування Андрія медичних засобів та ліків.

Перебіх судового засідання
Як повідомляють у пресслужбі Вінницького міського суду Вінницької області:

Під час судового розгляду, прокурор клопотав про обрання запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою жінці, яка підозрюється у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 286-1 Кримінального Кодексу України.

Дане клопотання сторона обвинувачення мотивувала тим, що 24 травня підозрювана, перебуваючи у стані алкогольного сп’яніння, керуючи автомобілем, не вибрала безпечної швидкості руху з урахуванням дорожньої обстановки, внаслідок чого не впоралась з керуванням, виїхала на зустрічний тротуар, де допустила наїзд на малолітнього пішохода, який рухався в попутному напрямку руху автомобіля, після чого здійснила наїзд на паркани домоволодінь. Потерпілий внаслідок даної дорожньо-транспортної пригоди, з отриманими тілесними ушкодженнями, був госпіталізований до лікарні.

Однак, захисник заперечив щодо задоволення вказаного клопотання та просив суд застосувати більш м’який запобіжний захід у вигляді цілодобового домашнього арешту.

Підозрювана підтримала думку свого захисника.

За результатами судового розгляду слідчий суддя ухвалив застосувати до підозрюваної запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою строком на 60 днів й визначив заставу у розмірі 80 прожиткових мінімумів для працездатних осіб, що становить 181 600 гривень.

Наразі тривають слідчі дії.

Обставини трагічної ДТП
24 травня бизько 10:00 години ранку у місті Вінниця на вул. Івана Богуна, 43-річна нетвереза водійка не впоравшись з керуванням в’їхала в паркан, після чого здійснила наїзд на 13-річного хлопця Андрія Тарасюка.

Як повідомляють у поліції рівень алкоголю у її організмі перевищував допустиму норму у 16 разів. Жінка мала посвідчення водія відповідної категорії, автомобіль належить їй.
