1. Продовжити літо

Якщо у вас є фінансові можливості та сприятливі обставини, то найпростіше піти в короткострокову відпустку. Теплі сонячні дні не можна продовжити в нашій країні, проте їх можна купити в інших.

Поїздка на море в оксамитовий сезон допоможе вийти з осінньої дeпрeсiї, а додаткова доза вітаміну D і плескіт морських хвиль допоможуть в майбутньому пережити осінньо-зимовий період і дочекатися весняного сонечка в рідних широтах.

2. Купити абонемент в спа

Якщо душа вимагає відпочинку – тоді вперед! Необов’язково далеко їхати, достатньо придбати разовий або багаторазовий абонемент в спа-салон. Кілька видів лазні, розслаблюючі масажі та ароматичні ванни зроблять свою справу: через кілька днів ви відчуєте, що народилися заново і з нетерпінням чекаєте першого снігу.

3. Посилити фізичну активність

Робіть зарядку, регулярні фізичні вправи допоможуть утримати тонус на високому рівні. Навантаження можна збільшити, якщо звичайна ранкова гімнастика вже не допомагає в боротьбі з сірим небом і дощовою погодою.

Можна прикрасити і свої гаждети, автомобіль або квартиру. Кольорові нестандартні чохли для телефонів, планшетів і ноутбуків, накладки на кермо обійдуться недорого, зате подарують кілька веселих хвилин і вам, і вашим близьким.

Досить купити один нестандартний предмет інтер’єру або ж яскравий посуд, щоб зробити погоду в будинку літньою і вийти з осінньої дeпрeсiї.
