До поліції звернулася мати, яка повідомила про те, що її донька останні кілька днів не виходить на зв’язок. Правоохоронці перш за все вирішили перевірити помешкання на проспекті Павла Тичини, де вона проживала з чоловіком та малолітньою дитиною. Однак їм ніхто не відчинив двері.

“Працівники карного розшуку Дніпровського управління поліції при обстеженні території біля квартири відчули специфічний запах. Після цього, слідчими було прийнято рішення про санкціоноване відкриття дверей приміщення із залученням профільних служб. У результаті правоохоронці виявили в оселі мертвими чоловіка та жінку 1985 та 1991 років народження. Окрім того, у квартирі знаходилася дівчинка, 2017 року народження, яку негайно госпіталізували до дитячої лікарні. Наразі її життю та здоров’ю нічого не загрожує”, — йдеться в повідомленні.

Зазначається, що видимих тілесних ушкоджень на тілах не виявлено, тож після проведення судово-медичної експертизи буде встановлена причина їх смерті.

Вирішується питання щодо відкриття кримінального провадження за статтею 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. За результатами експертизи можлива перекваліфікація події

Про це повідомляє прес-служба поліції, передає УНН.

Як зазначається, 9 травня близько 8-ї години на лінію 102 надійшло повідомлення від мешканців села Шипинки про те, що вони виявили двох людей без ознак життя.

Правоохоронці встановили, що загиблий 47-річний чоловік та 42-річна жінка – місцеві фермери, займались вирощуванням яблук.

На місці події працює слідчо-оперативна група поліції, криміналісти, фахівці управління карного розшуку. Проводиться комплекс заходів по встановленню та затриманню особи, причетної до вбивства.

За фактом умисного вбивства двох людей відкрито кримінальне провадження за ст.115 КК України. За такий злочин загрожує покарання – до 15 років ув’язнення або довічне ув’язнення. Тривають слідчі дії.
