Зміст
В Україні від 8 листопада представників окремих професій (педагоги та держслужбовці) почнуть відсторонювати від роботи без зарплати через відмову від COVID-вакцинації.

Про це заявив головний державний санітарний лікар Ігор Кузін, повідомляє РБК-Україна.

Форма №028
“Не можуть бути відсторонені від роботи особи, які мають протипоказання до вакцинації та які надали відповідний медичний висновок (форма №028), виданий закладом охорони здоров’я”, – повідомив Кузін.

Водночас він уточнив, що зараз ця форма довідки (№028) перебуває на затвердженні центральних органів виконавчої влади і в ній не буде вказуватися діагноз, тому керівник установи може вимагати таку довідку від співробітників.

“Якщо протипоказання тимчасові, то така довідка буде видаватися на певний проміжок часі – від 3 або більше місяців, і коли термін дії протипоказань завершиться, людина зможе отримати щеплення”, – розповів санлікар.

Кузін додав, що така форма довідки буде запроваджена вже найближчими днями.

“Ми сподіваємося, завтра або з понеділка буде (форма №028, – ред.) зареєстрована і вступить в роботу”, – додав він.

Одна доза
За словами Кузіна, особи, які отримали одну дозу вакцини, також не підлягають відстороненню від роботи. Оскільки відстороненню підлягають лише ті, хто ухиляється або відмовляється від вакцинації.

“Працівники, які отримали принаймні одну дозу щеплення, не можуть бути відсторонені від роботи, оскільки тут не йдеться про ухилення від вакцинації”, – пояснив він.

Ті, хто перехворів
Ті люди, які перехворіли і одужали, мають отримати медичну довідку №028. Цій категорії громадян довідка видається максимум на три місяці.

Нагадаємо:

Протипоказання до вакцинації встановлює сімейний лікар. Він також надає висновок про тимчасове протипоказання до щеплення. В Міністерстві охорони здоров’я обіцяють стежити за сімейними лікарями, які будуть давати відведення від щеплень, аби такі діагнози не розросталися в геометричній прогресії.
Також МОЗ визначився з повним переліком протипоказань для щеплення від коронавірусу. В міністерстві наполягають – людей, яким не можна щепитися, мізерна кількість.
