Державне підприємство Документ не працюватиме декілька днів – з 27 квітня по 2 травня.

У цей період у всіх центрах Паспортний центр українці не зможуть оформити або отримати біометричні документи, серед яких:

закордонний паспорт;
ID-карта;
вид на тимчасове та постійне проживання.

Причина припинення роботи підприємства – технічні роботи.

Відзначається, що довідки про несудимість, страхування, апостилювання можна буде отримати в штатному режимі.

Нагадаємо, з 1 листопада 2016 року всіх українців почали переводити на ID-паспорти – карти з електронним чіпом.

Хто може отримати ID-паспорт?

Внутрішній паспорт видаватимуть усім громадянам, які досягли 14-річного віку. Всі, у кого вже є звичайний паспорт, можуть замінити його на документ нового зразка.

Також українцям, які не встигли замінити фото в паспорті протягом місяця при досягненні певного віку, доведеться отримувати ID-паспорт.

Він буде діяти 4 роки, якщо був оформлений у 14 років, а після цього – 10 років.

Варто наголосити, що з таким паспортом громадяни України зможуть їздити до Туреччини.

Українці можуть отримати ID-паспорт у відділенні Державної міграційної служби або в Центрі надання адміністративних послуг.

Крім того, новий паспорт жителі Кривого Рогу та Дніпра можуть оформити через Приват24. Всі дані будуть введені автоматично, потрібно буде вибрати тільки зручне місце та час для отримання документа.

Які потрібні документи?

Для того, щоб оформити ID-паспорт потрібні наступні документи:

Свідоцтво про народження.
Документи, що підтверджують громадянство і що засвідчують особу батьків або одного з них, які на момент народження мали українське громадянство.
Паспорт громадянина України для виїзду за кордон (для осіб, які проживають за кордоном і для осіб, які отримали українське громадянство за кордоном).
Посвідчення про взяття на облік бездомних осіб (для бездомних).
Довідка про взяття на облік внутрішньо переміщених осіб (для внутрішньо переміщених осіб).
Ідентифікаційний код.
Також вам знадобляться документи, що підтверджують додаткову змінну інформацію, яка вноситься в ID карту:

Довідка про місце реєстрації.
Свідоцтво про народження дітей.
Свідоцтво про шлюб, свідоцтво про розірвання шлюбу, рішення суду про розірвання шлюбу.
Свідоцтво про зміну імені.

Ціна і терміни

У 14 років документ можна оформити безкоштовно, а ось за подальшу заміну доведеться платити.

Оформити ID-паспорт можна за 10-20 днів. Якщо ви не поспішаєте отримати його, то ціна складе 279 гривень, у разі швидшого оформлення – 366 гривень.

За обмін паспорта громадянина України на ID-карту або відновлення втраченого документа потрібно буде заплатити таку ж суму.
