За рік вона відступила від берега приблизно на півсотні метрів. Відповідне фото опублікував український блогер Денис Казанський у своєму Facebook (щоб подивитися – доскрольте до кінця сторінки).

“За минулий рік через спеку з озера випарувалося більше води, ніж надійшло. Крім того, на ситуацію впливають штучні озера, які зараз риють підприємці біля плантацій лохини. Вони акумулюють воду, яка раніше надходила в Шацькі озера. В поєднанні з кліматичними факторами це вплинуло на рівень води”, – написав він.

Казанський зазначив, що більшість людей не сприймають серйозно інформацію про загрози зміни клімату. Блогер вважає, що проблема здається їм занадто абстрактною і далекою. Втім, ситуація серйозніша, ніж здається.

“Видовище, якщо чесно, сумне”, – додав Казанський.
