Обвинувальний вирок виніс народний суд у Гаазі Володимиру Путіну, у якому взяли участь всесвітньо відомі юристи та реальні свідки подій, йдеться в ТСН.

У залі народного суду у Гаазі після тижня розгляду справи судді зачитали вирок. “Ми не маємо сумнівів з урахуванням показань свідків і побачених цим трибуналом доказів, що вторгнення було злочином агресії. Характер і сила злочину говорить про те, що його готували задовго до 24 лютого 2022 року”, – озвучує суддя народного суду Прія Пілай.

Бомбардування лікарень, вбивства цивільних – міжнародні юристи перераховують злочини росіян. За плечима у кожного судді та прокурора в цій залі досвід справжніх трибуналів – геноцид у Руанді, процес над керівництвом колишньої Югославії.

Канадець Дрю Вайт, який сьогодні очолює обвинувачення, каже, злочини Путіна масштабніші, але саме тому його легше засудити. “З наявними доказами і заявами самого Путіна, тривалість такого процесу може бути скорочена до місяців і навіть тижнів. Я брав участь у справах, які тривали багато років, але навряд чи так станеться у цьому випадку. Я прогнозую, що час від створення трибуналу до його рішення ми вимірюватимемо тижнями”, – переконаний він.

Народний суд над Путіним – лише репетиція, але за усіма правилами справжнього трибуналу. У цій залі свідчили мешканці Херсону, Харкова, Маріуполя. Промовляючи вирок, судді не приховують емоцій. “Володимир Путін скоїв понад тисячу випадків, які кваліфікуються законом, як злочин агресії. Президент Путін вихваляється і його виправдання власних дій – це образа всього міжнародного суспільства і нашої єдності”, – каже суддя Зак Якоб.

“Ми провели цей суд зокрема для того, щоб показати – дивіться, докази є. Це не складний процес і це необхідно зробити”, – додає ще один суддя Стівен Реп.

Аби створити трибунал щодо російської агресії через генеральну асамблею ООН достатньо двох третин голосів. За нинішньої підтримки України у світі це цілком реально, тож судді, які визнали Путіна винним у народному суді, переконані, що вже за кілька місяців у Гаазі почнеться реальний процес.
