За великим рахунком – Юлія Зозуля сама потребує допомоги: маючи діабет, ще й періодично проходить хіміотерапію у боротьбі з онкозахворюванням. Інша вже б злягла давно і дбала лише про себе. Але не Юля… Після закінчення Міжнародної благодійної медичної школи, почала службу Центральному госпіталі Міністерства оборони України, допомагала у проведенні багатьох складних операцій.

Її фаховість та заповзятливість помітили і запросили до полікліники Дарницького району Київщини. І зараз керівництво лікувального закладу не нарікає, а навпаки – пишається тим, що їхня працівниця знаходиться далеко від Дарниці. Бо Юлія Зозуля – на війні… З перших днів АТО ( а правди не сховаєш – справжньої війни…) жінка почала важку волонтерсько-медичну роботу у складі громадської організації “Територія підтримки Бориспіль”. Бійці намагались оберігати її, але зупинити Юлю було практично не можливо – часто проривалась до поранених туди, де було пекло… В одному з боїв отримала важке поранення у груди і тоді з поля бою витягали вже її. Вилікувалась, пройшла реабілітацію і поїхала…не додому, а військовим медиком до відомого загону “Хоттабич”. Служить там й понині…

 

На передових лініях в районі Горлівки та Зайцеве і на найближчих до них позиціях допомагає не тільки пораненим бійцям, а й місцевим жителям “сірих зон”, які постійно перебувають під обстрілом бойовиків…Побратими називають її “світлячком”. Бо ж недаремно кажуть: ” У темні часи добре видно світлих людей”… Днями у Тернопільському медуніверситеті “світлячку” заслуженно вручили орден “За спасіння життя” імені академіка Леоніда Ковальчука. Отримавши високу нагороду, Юлія Зозуля, зізналась, що не шкодує, що займається зараз саме військовою медициною, адже дуже хоче, щоб незабаром українці взагалі забули про страшні цифри втрат – “200”(убиті) і “300”(поранені)….

 

І дещо з історії ордена “За спасіння життя”, який отримала Юлія Зозуля. Саме для відзначення таких героїв – медиків і волонтерів, нагорода була заснована благодійним фондом “Вірую”. І не випадково фундатори відзнаки присвоїли їй ім”я академіка Леоніда Ковальчука. Він теж – все своє життя – присвятив порятунку інших. Відомий в Україні хірург, доктор медичних наук, професор, ректор Тернопільського державного медичного університету помер два роки тому, але залишив по собі не тільки численних учнів і наукові праці. Його ім”я відтепер житиме в ордені. Були й інші нагороджені, про них ми вже розповідали і продовжимо це робити. А вручив ордени “За спасінні життя” імені академіка Леоніда Ковальчука Голова Нагороджувальної Ради , архієпископ Тернопільський,Кременецький і Бучацький УПЦ КП Владика Нестор.
