Таке питання дуже виникає після закінчення робочої візи. Що ж таке візовий коридор? Про це розповідає Svitua з посиланням на poradamamu.in.ua.

Польська національна робоча віза. Коридор візи це термін дії візи протягом якого ви можете використати зазначену кількість днів (час перебування). Наприклад, отримавши багаторазову бізнес шенген візу 90/180 ви маєте, протягом 180 днів в сумі, лише 90 днів перебування. Тобто, 180 днів це коридор візи (термін її дії), а 90 днів – термін перебування. Візовий коридор може бути як і в шенгенської, так і в національної візи. Коридори цих двох типів віз суттєво відрізняються. Коридор шенгенської візи Особливість коридору по шенген візі – ви можете перебувати в країнах Шенгенської угоди не більше 90 днів протягом 180 календарних днів. Тобто, якщо у вас віза 90/360, чи двохрічний, п’ятирічний шенген – все одно ви маєте 90 днів на 180. Увага! 180 днів коридору рахується з планованого в’їзду і назад.

Протягом цих, минулих, пів року ви підраховуєте всі свої в’їзди-виїзди і якщо у вас виходить 90 – це означає, що ви не маєте право виїхати, якщо менше, наприклад 80 днів, то це означає, що ви маєте право в’їхати на 10 днів. Увага! Якщо ви отримали нову шенген візу, а перед нею була також шенген віза, то дні перебування і коридор рахується разом з старою візою. Коридор національної візи Національною вважається віза, яка перевищує 90 днів перебування (від 91го дня) до року. Детальніше про даний тип візи та її види можна прочитати тут – Національна віза у Польщу. Більшість питань виникає з робочою національною візою на основі освядченя (простого робочого запрошення). Питання виникає, коли ви використали дану візу, коридор залишився, а днів перебування вже немає.

І коли ж можна відкривати наступну візу? Дану ситуацію розглянемо детальніше. Коридор по національній робочій візі 180/360 становить рік з моменту першого в’їзду. Тобто, якщо у вас відкрита робоча віза з 02.02.2016 до 01.02.2017, а ви перший раз в’їхали 10.03.2016, то коридор у вас до 10.03.2017. Тобто, основне правило: ви маєте по робочій візі на основі освядченя 180 днів перебування протягом року, який рахується з першого в’їзду. Але, щоб правильно порахувати коридор потрібно звернути увагу на багато ситуацій і виключень з цього правила. Якщо у вас відкрита піврічна робоча віза 180/180 У даній ситуації у вас все одно буде коридор, який рахується за основним правилом з першого в’їзду і на рік.Як скасувати візовий коридор Як бути, коли ви використали всі дні (180), що дозволені вам протягом року, а коридор не закінчився. Коридор національно візи перебиває запрошення від воєводи або гостьове запрошення (по гостьовому не зможете офіційно працювати). Ще можна відкрити шенген, але після його закінчення коридор все одно залишиться.
