Проект угоди про ЗВТ схвалив Кабінет міністрів. Угода передбачає лібералізацію доступу на ринок України тих товарів, в яких була зацікавленість ізраїльської сторони.

 

 

З моменту набуття чинності угоди Ізраїль повинен скасувати ввізні мита для 9,2% сільськогосподарських товарів (риба, олії рослинні, овочі консервовані) і близько 80% промислових товарів (ліки, добрива, будматеріали і т.д.). Крім того, передбачено перехідний період до повного скасування мит, часткова лібералізація мит і визначеня виключення з цього режиму торгівлі.

Україна ж зможе зберегти мита на м’ясо і субпродукти птиці, морожену свинину, окремі види риби, молочні продукти, зернові і т. д.

Відзначається, що після встановлення ЗВТ з Ізраїлем Україна може втратити $ 1,84 млн доларів від ВВП.

Але, в той же час, повинен вирости український експорт. Зростання повинне скласти $ 63,44 (15,88%) млн доларів. Імпорт же ізраїльських товарів збільшиться на $ 28,78 мільйонів доларів (20,7%)

Таким чином торгове сальдо між Україною та Ізраїлем покращиться на $ 34,7 мільйонів доларів.
