В ДТП у Вінницькій області загинуло дві жінки-пішохода, які стояли на узбіччі, ще одна потерпіла перебуває в лікарні з травмами. Трагедія сталася після зіткнення двох автівок – BMW та ВАЗ.

Про це повідомляє пресслужба поліції Вінницької області.

Аварія трапилася 12 липня близько 17:40 поблизу села Ганнопіль Тульчинського району Вінницької області.

Одразу після ДТП іномарку відкинуло на узбіччя, де в той момент стояли три місцеві мешканки. 54-річна і 64-річна жінки загинули одразу, а 69-річну потерпілу госпіталізували до медичного закладу.

За кермом BMW була 26-річна вагітна. Її та 38-річного водія “Жигулів” доправили до тульчинської лікарні.

Наразі в поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 286 КК України (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами, що спричинило загибель кількох осіб).

За таке правопорушення передбачене покарання з максимальним терміном до 10 років позбавлення волі.

Наразі слідчо-оперативній групі належить з’ясувати, хто винен у трагедії, через яку загинули люди.
