Суддя Олексій Тандир, котрий збив нацгвардійця, замість сечі здав на аналіз воду й слину, намагаючись сфальсифікувати експертизу, щоб та не довела стану сп’яніння.

Про це повідомило видання “Бабель”, поспілкувавшись з адвокатом загиблого.

Адвокат родини загиблого Вадима Бондаренка Віталій Сердюк розповів виданню, що цей трюк затягнув час проведення аналізу – він тривав понад два місяці. Спочатку тести показали, що в біоматеріалах немає алкоголю, але коли дослідили самі біоматеріали, то виявили воду і слину. У слині й знайшли алкоголь.

Суд залишив в СІЗО Тандира до 26 серпня.
