Ужгородський міськрайонний суд визнав винною у залишенні в небезпеці своєї новонародженої дитини місцеву жительку, внаслідок чого немовля померло.

Про це йдеться у вироку суду.

Дівчинка померла від переохолодження

Так, згідно з матеріалами справи, у лютому минулого року жінка у своїй кімнаті без допомоги медиків народила дівчинку. Вона поставила новонароджену на підлогу, а сама пішла спати. Через якийсь час вона поставила немовля в пакет, винесла з будинку і залишила на задній сторонні подвір’я. За кілька днів тіло дитини, покусане тваринами, знайшли.

Під час експертизи встановили, що дитина, яка народилася доношеною і без вад розвитку, померла від переохолодження.

Як суд покарав жінку

В ході судового засідання прокурор уклав із закарпаткою угоду про визнання винуватості. Відтак суд визнав жінку винною у залишенні в небезпеці, що спричинило смерть дитини, і присудив їй 5 років ув’язнення, замінивши реальний термін 2 роками іспитового.

Вирок ще може бути оскаржений.
