Президент Петро Порошенко підписав закон “Про амністію у 2016 році”, який ‎стосується, зокрема, засуджених за нетяжкі злочини учасників АТО, передає Корупція. Інфо

Про ‎це повідомляє прес-служба президента.‎

За словами Порошенка, до нього звернулися “військовослужбовці і ‎ієрархи нашої церкви” із проханням щодо тих, хто “брав активну ‎участь в АТО, але не скоїв важких злочинів, щоб держава пішла на зустріч”.‎

 

‎”Я дякую за цю пропозицію… і підписую Закон України “Про амністію”, який ‎дозволяє воїнам – учасникам АТО, [покараним] за неважкі злочини, вийти на волю”, – ‎сказав президент, підписуючи документ.

Скільки добровольців АТО за ґратами?‎

У липні 2016 року Верховна Рада ухвалила закон про амністію і поширила його у 2016 ‎році на засуджених учасників АТО. Окрім того, закон поширювався на вагітних, ‎неповнолітніх, людей з інвалідністю, пенсіонерів, ветеранів війни й учасників ‎ліквідації аварії на ЧАЕС.‎

Проте у серпні 2016 року президент Порошенко наклав вето на закон. У грудні ‎минулого року Рада ухвалила закон і пропозиціями президента. ‎
