Обвинувачений вважає, що це надто багато

Окружний суд в місті Лодзь (Польща) визнав винним громадянина Польщі Даріуша З. у смертельному побитті українця. За скоєне чоловік має відсидіти 10 років. Про це повідомляє Радіо Трек з посиланням на Radio Łódź.

Смертельна бійка трапилась два роки тому, у травні 2019 року в місті Лодзь. Алкогольне застілля українців і поляків переросло в сутичку двох з них. За два дні після брутальної бійки українець помер.

Суддя звернув увагу на особливу жорстокість по відношенню до постраждалого – побитого викинули з квартири, тягнули тіло по землі, ще й обікрали. Натомість адвокат обвинуваченого наголошує, що українець був п’яний, а його підзахисний «цілком змінив свій підхід до життя і тепер опікується маленькою дитиною».
