На Вінничині п’яний водій насмерть збив двох малолітніх хлопчиків

Сьогодні, 30 березня, у селі Росоша на Вінничині 20-річний нетверезий водій скоїв наїзд на двої хлопчиків, які їхали на велосипедах. Внаслідок чого діти загинули.

Поліція затримала 20-річного кермувальника автомобіля “Skoda”, в організмі якого виявили 1,78 проміле алкоголю. Дорожньо-транспортна пригода трапилась в обідній час, близько 13:00.

За попередньої інформаціює поліції, нетверезий 20-річний мешкаець Оратівської ТГ, вчинив наїзд на двох хлопчиків віком 6 та 7 років, котрі на велосипедах переїжджали дорогу.

Внаслідок ДТП, водій автомобіля “Skoda” з’їхав у кювет, де його авто загорілось.

Від отриманих тілесних ушкоджень малолітні діти загинули на місці пригоди.

20-річний водій автомобіля, не постраждав.

Слідством розпочато кримінальне провадження за ч. 4 ст. 286-1 ККУ (порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами в стані сп’яніння). Санкція статті передбачає покарання – до 12 років позбавлення волі.
