СБУ завела справу на Охлобистіна за статтею тероризм

Служба безпеки України відкрила кримінальну справу на російського актора Івана Охлобистіна за статтею “створення терористичної групи”.

Про це у п’ятницю повідомила прес-секретар СБУ Олена Гітлянська у своєму Facebook.

“Після публічної підтримки Охлобистіним агресії проти України з боку РФ та анексії АР Крим, Головним слідчим управлінням СБУ відкрито кримінальне провадження за фактом вчинення Охлобистіним І.І. злочину, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 258-3 (створення терористичної групи чи терористичної організації) Кримінального кодексу України.

Раніше повідомлялося, що Охлобистін, перебуваючи в окупованому Донецьку,випросив собі громадянство неіснуючого утворення ДНР, і відразу отримав його від ватажка бойовиків Захарченка. Російський актор також пообіцяв бойовикам допомогу пропагандистського характеру.

У свою чергу член колегії МВС і депутат Антон Геращенко заявив, що відправив послам 28 країн вимогу заборонити в’їзд до них Охлобистіну.
