У Польщі на підпільній тютюновій фабриці затримали групу українців (фото)

Польські правоохоронці проводили спецоперацію із затримання на гелікоптері.

У Польщі в Мазовєцькому воєводстві правоохоронці закрили одну з найбільших фабрик із виробництва нелегальних цигарок. Загалом було заарештовано 16 осіб – членів організованої злочинної групи, підозрюваних у виробництві, розповсюдженні та контрабанді нелегального тютюну. Серед затриманих – семеро українці.

Так, за результатами розслідування слідчі дійшли висновку, що в Мазовецькому воєводстві діє велика фабрика нелегальних сигарет, до якої причетна польсько-українське злочинне угруповання з 16 осіб. Крім незаконного виробництва сигарет, членів угруповання підозрюють в їхньому розповсюдженні і контрабанді до країн Західної Європи, зокрема, Німеччини і Великої Британії.

Спецоперація із викриття відбулася ще 27 липня одразу у кількох польських повітах і Варшаві. Силовики провели обшуки на 12 адресах, зокрема, і на фабриці з виробництва сигарет. Як виявилося, ця будова охоронялася, там був навіть професійний пакувальник, а також окремі склади, де зберігалися нарізані шматочки тютюну.

Правоохоронцям вдалося потрапити на фабрику в момент, коли там тривав процес виробництва сигарет і упаковки готової продукції в ящики. Для цього було залучено гелікоптер.

Загалом було вилучено понад 1,6 мільйона сигарет і понад 13 тонн готового тютюну, а також польську валюту. Вартість вилученого товару оцінюється майже в 8 млн злотих.

Під час операції затримали 16 осіб – 7 громадян України та 9 громадян Польщі. Затриманим висунули обвинувачення в участі в організованій злочинній групі, у незаконному виробництві тютюнових виробів і їхньому продажі. Одному із затриманих додатково інкримінують керування цією групою.
