На Хмельниччині водій рейсового автобуса на смерть збив пішохода. За фактом відкрили кримінальне провадження, повідомили у поліції області, пише УНН.

Деталі

Дорожньо-транспортна пригода сталася вчора, 12 грудня, близько 18:30 на автодорозі сполученням “Ярмолинці — Кам’янець-Подільський” поблизу села Сахкамінь.

Попередньо встановлено, що 65-річний водій рейсового автобуса марки Mercedes сполученням “Кам’янець-Подільський — село Біла” здійснив наїзд на 41-річного пішохода, який рухався по дорозі в зустрічному напрямку.

Внаслідок ДТП 41-річний пішохід загинув на місці події.

За цим фактом слідчі Кам’янець-Подільського районного управління поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження за ч. 2 ст. 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України та встановлюють обставини події.

З приходом зими та ускладненням погодних умов в Україні сталося кілька резонанних ДТП з пасажирським транспортом.

Так, 7 грудня поблизу села Брусилів у Чернігівській області сталося зіткнення вантажного автомобіля з маршрутним мікроавтобусом, що їхав до Чернігова. ДТП забрала життя 13 людей. А 8 грудня у Тернопільській області пасажирський мікроавтобус потрапив у ДТП із легковиком, загинули двоє людей.
