Україна готова обговорювати з Росією нейтральний статус, але за певних умов.

Про це 8 березня в ефірі німецького телеканалу ARD заявив заступник глави Офісу президента України (ОПУ) Ігор Жовква, інформує Цензор.НЕТ

За його словами, такі переговори можуть відбутися лише після припинення бойових дій і виведення російських військ із території України.

Жовква зазначив, що Україні потрібні чіткі гарантії безпеки, щоб “така ситуація більше ніколи не повторилася”.

Заступник глави ОПУ закликав ФРН посилити санкції проти РФ: ввести ембарго на російські газ і нафту, а також заморозити всі рахунки РФ у німецьких банках. Також, на думку Жовкви, від міжнародної платіжної системи SWIFT має бути від’єднано усі російські банки.
