Кремль каже: це Київ все зупинив і заморозив

Помічник президента Росії Володимир Мединський заявив, що Росія ніколи не відмовлялася від переговорів з Україною, у тому числі і на найвищому рівні, готова до продовження переговорів, але м’яч на стороні України, на яку Росія напала в кінці лютого. Про це він сказав в ефірі телеканалу ОНТ, повідомляють російські ЗМІ.

«Росія ніколи не відмовлялася від переговорів, у тому числі і на найвищому рівні. Це неодноразово підтверджував Володимир Володимирович Путін. Питання лише в тому, що для того, щоб відбулася зустріч на найвищому рівні, між президентами, потрібна серйозна підготовка. Тобто необхідні документи високого ступеня готовності», – сказав Мединський.

«Глави держав мають зустрічатися для того, щоб досягти фінальних домовленостей та підписати документи, а не для того, щоб сфотографуватися», – наголосив він.

«Місяць тому ми передали українській стороні проєкт договору, в якому низка принципових позицій вже була узгоджена. Ми мали намір рухатися далі. Проте з того часу жодного прагнення до продовження діалогу з боку України немає. Вони навіть офіційно не підтвердили ними ж узгоджений проєкт договору. Розійшлися. на тому, що наші візаві взяли паузу», – наголосив Мединський.

За його словами, Київ нікуди не поспішає.

«М’яч на їхньому боці повністю. Ми зі свого боку до продовження діалогу готові. Але ще раз наголошу: м’яч щодо продовження мирних переговорів знаходиться на українській стороні. Заморожування переговорів – це повністю ініціатива України», – сказав Мединський.
