Безкоштовних ліків побільшало: набув чинності новий реєстр медичних засобів

В оновленому переліку містяться 462 лікарські засоби. З них 149 – повністю безоплатні, 313 – з доплатою.

Міністерство охорони здоров’я України затвердило новий реєстр лікарських засобів, які підлягають реімбурсації за програмою державних гарантій медичного обслуговування населення станом на 20 жовтня 2022 року.

Про це повідомила Національна служба здоров’я України.

Новий реєстр набув чинності 31 жовтня 2022 року.

Загалом в оновленому переліку містяться 462 лікарські засоби. З них 149 – повністю безкоштовні, 313 – з доплатою:

381 лікарських засобів, окрім комбінованих та інсулінів (98 – безкоштовні, 283 – з доплатою).
Це ліки в разі серцево-судинних захворювань, бронхіальної астми, цукрового діабету ІІ типу, нецукрового діабету, розладів психіки та поведінки, епілепсії й хворобі Паркінсона.

9 – лікарські засоби комбінованої дії (6 – безкоштовні, 3 – з доплатою). Це препарати при хронічному обструктивному захворюванні легень.
72 – препарати інсуліну (45 – безкоштовні, 27 – з доплатою).
Зокрема, до програми додано два нові напрями: хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень та хвороба Паркінсона.

Для лікування ХОЗЛ
До програми реімбурсації увійдуть такі лікарські засоби: Будесонід та Формотерол (Formoterol та Вudesonide) порошок для інгаляцій, інгаляції (порошок, аерозоль), Сальметерол та Флютиказон (порошок для інгаляцій).

Як отримати рецепт на препарати для лікування ХОЗЛ
Щоб отримати електронний рецепт на препарати для лікування ХОЗЛ, пацієнтові необхідно звернутися до лікаря первинної медичної допомоги: сімейного лікаря або терапевта. Під час воєнного стану українці можуть звернутися до будь-якого лікаря ПМД навіть без декларації.

Терапія хвороби Паркінсона
В разі хвороби Паркінсона в програмі реімбурсації передбачені такі лікарські засоби: (Біпериден (Biperiden) таблетки, Леводопа та Карбідопа (Levodopa та Carbidopa) таблетки (зокрема пролонгованої дії). Порядок отримання ліків при хворобі Паркінсона буде визначений після ухвалення відповідних нормативно-правових актів.
