Припустимо, ви отримали 19 тисяч 200 гривень за перші 6 місяців роботи (по 3200 гривень) і 24 тисячі гривень (по 4000 гривень) — за наступні 6 місяців. Разом за рік вам заплатили 43 тис. 200 гривень. Ділимо річну зарплату на кількість місяців у році (12) — виходить 3600 гривень. Потім цю суму треба розділити на середньомісячне число календарних днів у році — 29,6 (ця цифра встановлюється законодавчо). Отже, 3600:29,6=121,62 гривні — ви отримуєте за кожен відпускний день.

Якщо ви берете повну відпустку — 24 дні, ваші відпускні складуть: 121,62 х 24 = 2918,88 гривень. 365 — загальна кількість днів зі святами і вихідними, у розрахунок беруться тільки робочі дні.
