На Тернопільщині засудили чоловіка, який під час воєнного стану відмовився від мобілізації.

Слідство встановило, що у червні минулого року його визнали придатним до служби. 24 серпня призовник не прибув у військову частину.

Під час розгляду справи обвинувачений повністю визнав свою провину та погодився з доказами. За словами чоловіка, від добровільно прибув у ТЦК та отримав повістку. Далі його направили в навчальний центр у Житомирі. Звідти завернули через погані фізичні якості.

Пізніше чоловіка визнали придатним до служби та після комісії вручили бойову повістку. На вказану дату він не прийшов, оскільки побоявся.

Бучацький районний суд визнав військовозобов’язаного винним та призначив півтора роки обмеження волі (умовний термін).
