Політолог прокоментував шанси Джо Байдена на наступних президентських виборах в США.

Кожен крок президента США Джо Байдена на підтримку України та Ізраїлю знижує його електоральні шанси щодо перемоги на наступних президентських виборах в Америці.

Таку думку в ефірі “Еспресо” висловив політолог Андрій Піонтковський.

“Європа різко посилила свою підтримку України. Найперше, що я можу сказати: законопроєкт про підтримку України ухвалять до 18 січня, тому що 18 січня в Америки закінчується бюджет. Але річ у тому, що кожен крок Байдена на підтримку України знижує його електоральні шанси, так. І, до речі, Ізраїлю також. Це парадоксально”, – вважає Піонтковський

Політолог зауважив, що більшість американців підтримує посилення допомоги Україні (61%) та Ізраїлю (приблизно 69%)

“Різниця – це саме ті трампісти, які проти України виступають. Втім, річ у тому, що це більшість американського народу. А більшість його партії, ліва частина, категорично проти підтримки Ізраїлю й України, тому що ці люди – вороги США, люди, які переконані, що США винні в якихось злочинах проти пригнобленого людства. Ви ж бачите, яку шалену прохамасівську кампанію розгорнули всі телевізійні канали й газети Сполучених Штатів. І ми бачимо, що по всіх питаннях Джо Байден втрачає підтримку. Це природно, він втрачає підтримку саме тих структур, які забезпечили його перемогу 2020 року (на виборах – ред.)”, – резюмував експерт.
