Жахлива звістка для українських водіїв: ціни на пальне стрімко злетять вгору

Станом на 2 лютого 2025 року зростання роздрібних цін на пальне в Україні пришвидшиться до 13% на рік, що вдвічі більше, ніж раніше. Водночас фактичне подорожчання поки що нижче прогнозованого рівня.

За даними “Інфляційного звіту” Національного банку України за січень 2025 року, зростання цін на пальне в Україні у IV кварталі 2024 року сповільнилося до 4,8% у грудні (з 6% у вересні), що було нижче за прогноз. Проте у 2025 році темпи подорожчання прискоряться до 13% на рік.

Вересневе підвищення акцизних податків на пальне насамперед вплинуло на вартість скрапленого газу. Його подорожчання також спричинили зростання цін на сировину та підвищений попит у Європі, зокрема через ембарго на імпорт російської сировини, яке набрало чинності 20 грудня.

“Водночас переважно низхідна динаміка світових цін на нафту та стриманий попит на тлі достатніх запасів, що сформували для гуртового та роздрібного продажу імпортери та мережі АЗС перед першим етапом підвищення акцизів, обмежували зростання цін на бензин та дизель”, — розповіли в Нацбанку.

На ціни на пальне в Україні впливали вартість сировини, обмінний курс, зміни в оподаткуванні та маркетингові стратегії. Наприкінці 2024 року імпорт пального зріс для створення запасів перед підвищенням акцизів у 2025 році, що тимчасово стримуватиме зростання цін. Проте НБУ прогнозує, що після вичерпання запасів темпи подорожчання прискоряться до понад 13%. Це вплине на собівартість товарів і транспортних послуг
