Суд призупинив перейменування проспекту Ватутіна на проспект Шухевича

перейменування проспекту генерала Миколи Ватутіна на проспект Романа Шухевича.

Про це повідомляють “Українські новини” з посиланням на представника позивача Олену Бережну.

Вона у facebook оприлюднила рішення судді Руслана Арсірія від 12 червня, яке частково задовольняє клопотання організацій “Антифашистська правозахисна ліга” і “Єврейська правозахисна група” про міри забезпечення позову.

Суд заборонив Київраді подавати на підпис мерові й публікувати рішення депутатів про перейменування проспекту Ватутіна.

Міра забезпечення позову діє до винесення рішення судом у цій справі.

Як відомо, 1 червня Київрада перейменувала проспект Ватутіна на проспект Шухевича.
