Губернатор Закарпаття видав власний “закон” про порядок перетину авто на євробляхах

Голова Закарпатської ОДА Геннадій Москаль підписав розпорядження “Про тимчасовий порядок перетину кордону в пунктах пропуску Закарпатської області транспортними засобами особистого користування з іноземною реєстрацією жителями Закарпатської області”.

Документ опублікований на сайті чиновника, пише “obozrevatel“.

До законодавчого врегулювання цього питання Закарпатської митниці пропонується під час перетину митного кордону автомобілями особистого користування з іноземною реєстрацією застосовувати рівні умови щодо тимчасового порядку перетину як нерезидентами, так і жителями Закарпатської області.

Нерезидентами є юридичні особи або суб’єкти підприємницької діяльності, які здійснюють діяльність в одній державі, а проживають або зареєстровані в іншій.

Також нерезидентами є дипломатичні установи та міжнародні організації, які ведуть діяльність відповідно до законодавства іншої держави.
