Google випустить власний смартфон

Компанія Google до кінця року може випустити власний смартфон. Про це повідомляє УНІАН з посиланням на The Telegraph. Вперше Google почне виробляти серійний смартфон самостійно. Наразі під брендом Google Nexus випускаються смартфони, створені компаніями HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola і Samsung.

Однак передбачається, що самостійний випуск дозволить Google прямо конкурувати з Apple і краще контролювати оновлення програмного забезпечення на пристроях.

Як повідомляє британське видання, телефон презентують уже в цьому році. Проте поки що не відомі жодні технічні характеристики нового смартфона. Представники Google відмовилися коментувати новину. Зазначимо, дата релізу збігається з оприлюдненням модульного смартфона Ara. Восени 2016 року Ara стане доступний для розробників, а у 2017 – для широкого загалу. Імовірно, мова йде саме про цей проект. Нагадаємо, раніше у РФ анонсували випуск випуск смартфонів на російській операційній системі.

На ринку незабаром з’являться три смартфони під управлінням Sailfish Mobile OS RUS — смартфони від компаній Oysters і Jolla, а також промисловий смартфон “Єрмак ОМП”, призначений для корпоративних користувачів, що розробляється компанією Mobile Inform Group.
