«Викрадених» на залізничному вокзалі Тернополя дітей знайшла поліція

Дітей на Тернопільському залізничному вокзалі ніхто не викрадав, повідомляє відділ комунікації ГУНП в області. Натомість поліціянти виявили факт неналежного виконання батьківських обов`язків.

Напередодні до працівників поліцейської станції залізничного возкалу звернувся житель одного із сіл району. Останній просив відшукати викрадених дітей – дівчат, 2005 та 2009 років народження. Оперативники за допомогою технічного обладнання встановили місцезнаходження неповнолітніх і з’ясували, що вони знаходяться у себе вдома.

Як виявилось батько, разом із дітьми хотів провідати дружину, яка знаходилась на відпочинку, очікуючи потяга родина вирішила пообідати в одному із місцевих закладів харчування. Чоловік закріпив обід значною дозою спиртного та заснув.

Дівчата не змогли розбудити батька, а тому повернулся на автобусі додому, прихопивши із собою мобільний телефон чоловіка. Сам же заявник прокинувся по опівночі, виявив відсутність дітей та вирішив шукати допомоги у поліцейських.

На чоловіка складено два протокли за статтями 183 та 184 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення – Завідомо неправдивий виклик спеціальних служб та Невиконання батьками або особами, що їх замінюють, обов’язків щодо виховання дітей.
