“Я зможу народити ще, якщо захочу”: на Херсонщині матір намагалася продати свою 3-річну дитину

Працівники відділу боротьби зі злочинами, пов’язаними з торгівлею людьми, спільно зі слідчим управлінням Головного управління Нацполіції під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури області затримали жінку, яка за 210 тисяч грн намагалася продати свого тримісячного сина.

Про це повідомляє Відділ комунікації поліції Херсонської області.

Згідно з інформацією, на виручені кошти жінка планувала придбати будинок. Зараз дитина перебуває в обласному дитячому будинку. З хлопчиком все гаразд.

“Працівники відділу боротьби зі злочинами, пов’язаними з торгівлею людьми, отримали інформацію, що 26-річна мешканка Скадовського району планує продати свого сина. Поліцейські встановили, що до пошуку потенційного покупця жінка залучила своїх знайомих, які допомогли їй знайти” клієнта “в Херсоні”, – йдеться в повідомленні.

Як розповів в.о. начальника обласного главку поліції Микола Цап, жінка передала дитину разом з документами і речами. Також вона написала розписку, що відмовляється від сина і в подальшому не буде пред’являти на нього ніяких прав. Затримали жінку під час отримання нею коштів за дитину в сумі 210 тисяч грн.

“Поліцейські з’ясували, що затримана – раніше судима, вела асоціальний спосіб життя. Жінка пояснила, що хотіла продати сина, щоб на виручені кошти придбати будинок. Також вона пояснила, що не хоче виховувати сина, а в подальшому, за її словами, зможе народити ще, якщо захоче“, – повідомили поліцейські.

За фактом порушено кримінальне провадження за ч. 3 ст. 149 Кримінального кодексу (“торгівля людьми або інша незаконна угода щодо людини”). Жінку затримали в порядку ст. 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу. Найближчим часом їй буде повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні особливо тяжкого кримінального злочину і обрано стосовно неї запобіжний захід. Затриманій загрожує до 15 років позбавлення волі.
