Зарплатня українців активно злітає вгору, що вплинуло на доходи працівників

Нестача працівників відчувався у всіх базових видах діяльності.

Як відомо, в 2019 році реальна зарплатня штатних працівників виросла на 9.8%. У Національному банку таке зростання пов’язують, зокрема, з великою кількістю українців, які виїхали за кордон на заробітки. Про це повідомляється в інфляційному звіті НБУ за січень 2020 року.

“Згідно з результатами опитувань підприємств, третина підприємств відзначала недолік робочої сили серед найбільших факторів, що обмежують їх здатність збільшувати виробництво. Це найвище значення за останні роки”, — сказано в звіті.

Слід зазначити, що брак працівників відчувався у всіх базових видах діяльності, а найбільше саме в будівництві та у переробній промисловості.

У Нацбанку додали, що одним з факторів нестачі робочої сили стало значна кількість українців, які поїхали працювати за кордон через більш високу зарплатню.
